We work with contractors and sales personnel to create project take-offs for estimating purposes with the understanding that we create the plans and submittal package if theproject is awarded. 

We understand the construction industry and how the estimating process works.  Not all projects are awarded, and estimating is just a part of that process.  Site visits are sometimes necessary and can be arranged along with plan submittal and runner services.
